A competent person under the Building Act 1975 is a natural person and not a company, trust, or other entity.

A copy of your relevant licence/s or registration/s and a copy of you current resume or CV are minimum mandatory requirements that must be attached to this application to submit the application. Please refer to the Guideline for the assessment of competent person if you require more information on the minimum requirements of this application.
