Credentials
All of our building certifiers are accredited members of the Building Services Authority (BSA) and the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS).
Development Certifcation holds company memberships with Queensland Master Builders Association (QMBA), Housing Industry Association (HIA) and Timber Queensland.

Inspections by Devcert
Devcert carries out its own inspections with its own trained staff that operate within their quality control system. This ensures that their consistently high level of inspection service cannot be compromised by third parties.
Your project will be inspected by an experienced certifier directly employed by Devcert using Devcert’s quality management system.

To make your job easier, Devcert has invested substantially in state-of-the-art Information Technology and operate their own data/approval system that has been recommended for use as an industry standard. Applications can be submitted electronically, and tracked on the E-application system, all via the website.
